UX AND UI DESIGNER CHANDIGARH
We are looking for a skilled and experienced user interface designer to help us create distinctive, user-focused experiences and products.The ideal candidate will have worked in agile teams before and have previous experience managing developers, UX designers, and copywriters.
You'll be able to adapt any given user experience journey into a seamless and intuitive interaction by making thoughtful design decisions.
Responsibilities -
• Convert ideas into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that result in user experiences that are intuitive.
• Assist in realizing the client's product vision through research, design, and digital product prototype.
• Create and deliver user stories, mockups, and wireframes that are optimized for a variety of interfaces and devices.
• Have a strong sense of teamwork and have worked with agile teams before.
• Utilize, develop, and express your interaction concepts through the use of wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows.
• Recognize issues with design and come up with tasteful fixes.
• To explain and support your design choices. The overall design roadmap, your design thinking, and your core design principles—such as color theory and visual weight—should serve as the foundation for all of your design decisions.
• Be curious, take chances, and support novel
Requirements-
• A track record of success and at least 02 years of experience.
• A strong portfolio that should be brought up in the interview and defended.
• Practical experience in the creation of storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, etc.
• Proficiency with software applications including Illustrator, Zeplin, and Figma.
• Original concepts with an emphasis on finding solutions.
• Prior experience with agile and scrum development methodologies.
• Have an open mind to constructive criticism and work to improve upon it.
• The capacity to collaborate with clients to comprehend specific requirements and create comprehensive user experiences that satisfy their goals.
• Great understanding of responsive and mobile-first design, as well as extensive expertise leveraging UX design best practices to build solutions.
• The capacity to thoughtfully and efficiently iterate designs and solutions.
• Capacity to explain design concepts, procedures, and outcomes to clients and teams in an understandable and efficient manner.
